Long Answer - NextDNS servers are hosted by different cloud providers geographically depending on where you're located and/or where the closest server is. So you'll see the cloud provider's name listed as the host. Examples are Zettagrid, which is a cloud provider that services Australia, Singapore & Indonesia. Another is Anexia, which is a cloud provider that services Austria, Germany and USA. Your primary point-of-presence (PoP) in NextDNS when using (test.nextdns.io or ping.nextdns.io) will use either an abbreviation, prefix, or combination of the primary POP name(s).

For instance my primary PoP is one of the Anexia servers in Atlanta, USA with server name "anexia-atl-1" which is (the hosting provider)-(the hosting city/region)-(the server number)

Short Answer - Yes, Zetta/Zettagrid (which is the name of the cloud provider NextDNS uses and by design, the name of your primary PoP) is related & used by NextDNS. You're likely routed to the Jakarta PoP in Indonesia
