Unable to login to account

I am unable to log into my account.   I lost my 2FA entry for NextDNSin Google Authenticator.  There doesn't seem to be any option for 2FA backup authentication.  I have my username and password.  I am unable to renew my account.

    For this situation you should have saved somewhere the "Recovery codes".

    Try, if you have access to email

    Don't forget to disable (and enable) the 2FA and save the codes.

    -Microsoft Authenticator has backup.

    I didn't notice the recovery codes option when I set up.  I have saved a set now.  I also have set up both Google and Microsoft Authenticators.

     Authy will sync codes between multiple devices (many platforms supported) which for me is even better than backup because  codes don’t live in the cloud.  Backup is an option but as long as you have multiple devices they essentially act as backups to each other

    Doesn´t work, tried several times without success. No email received...
    Why is my confirmed, paid and working account suddenly  unreachable?
