MS Quick Assist is being blocked

While using NextDNS it seems any attempt to load Microsoft Quick Assist will result in security certificate trust alerts preventing it from being used, and also the connection straight up being blocked stopping the app from loading.

I've already whitelisted every domain listed on https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/client-management/quick-assist but it doesn't seem to be enough, is there anything else missing needed to allow the app through?

It's definitely down to NextDNS as the only way I can get the app to work it to manually set an alternative DNS which allows it to work normally.
