Dream Routeur Unifi install failed

I'd like to install secure DNS over TLS. I follow this KB : https://github.com/nextdns/nextdns/wiki/UnifiOS

I'm connected to my dream machine in ssh (root), model is UDR and Unifi OS Version is 3.0.17

i launch :

The result is :
