Slow ping to sites if resolved by NextDNS

If i use NextDNS and ping www.apple.com or www.google.com I get 30ms responses.

If I use my Bell ISP Router DNS and ping the same sites I get 3 ms responses.

Is there any way for me to get support here without revealing my WAN IP or my NextDNS addresses?  Or is all support public (which makes no sense)?

I had posted this earlier and NextDNS staff had responded but we got nowhere.  If I can't get this resolved I will probably have to cancel my account.

    Still no response.  You guys are charging for this service, albeit a small amount.  Don't you think you should provide some real support?
