Please contact billing@nextdns.io with the email you used for your account.

    1) What do you see in https://my.nextdns.io/account ?
Is your credit card added? Is your subscription active? Is there an invoice?

    2) I hope NextDNS will solve this issue but in case not, you can start a chargeback procedure with your bank.
    How do I use chargeback?

I experienced it too. I have paid on October 10, 2022 using paypal, and the status is successful. but after a few days. a query notification appears stating that it has exceeded 300 thousand, tried to contact via email but so far no response..

Mamet Have you tried logging out & then logging back in? Are you making sure to use the same exact email address that you used to pay/subscribe with?

You should email them at billing@nextdns.io with the PayPal transaction ID using the same email as your account to send the said support mail etc. Pretty sure they'll be happy to fix the issue.

Hey I also saw that you're sent an email just trying to see if you've sent all the said info on the right email.

Just saying simple things off the top of my head to see if that helps.
