No ipv6 dns/extremely high ipv6 dns latency

I'm based in the Manchester area, UK and a paid subscriber to nextdns.  For the past few days I've had no ipv6 dns service or very high (>300ms) latency which is affecting a few devices in my network. I've run a diag:

Earlier today ipv6 dns was timing out, it's now giving me >300ms latency whereas ipv4 is around 14ms.
