Extreme IPV6 latency in the US East since June 11 or 12

I am having extreme latency on IPV6 since June 11 or 12. I will not be in a location to run the diagnostic tool until June 16 or 17 but saw a similar issue posted here and am thinking it's a similar issue and fix.

      Miixms can you please clarify? Do you mean ensure that the client software that I am using for IPV6 is updated or to write what client software I am using?
