Sometimes I get NS_BINDING_ABORTED or NS_BINDING_CANCELLED_OLD_LOAD errors

From time to time (not really reproducible) I get one of these errors:

• NS_BINDING_CANCELLED_OLD_LOAD
• NS_BINDING_ABORTED

Resulting that the page does not load at all. After waiting a couple of seconds and a "Reload" the URLs load just fine.

I could look it up in the dev tools of my browser (Firefox 119 on macOS 14) by I see the same behaviour (randomly not loading site/content but works after a reload) on all my devices in my network (2 Macbooks, 2 iPhones, AppleTV,…).

Since I have configured NextDNS on my router I have the feeling that the faulty behaviour comes form there. Any ideas?

Note: I have ALL security features enabled in the NextDNS interface!
