This device is using NextDNS with no profile.

Hi,
when I visit my.nextdns.io, the message in the title appears every two seconds, then switches back to 'All good!'.
Using the test website https://test.nextdns.io/, I discovered that only when the server is anexia-fra-1 a profile is shown, but nothing for vultr-fra-1.
Am I doing something wrong or is there currently an issue with vultr-fra-1?

    It seems unlikely that you’ve done something wrong if it works with anexia-fra-1. Your guess that there might be an issue with vultr-fra-1 could well be correct.
