Is Kaopu Cloud HK Limited "secure"?

Hi, from time to time I do some DNS leak tests on the BrowserLeaks.com/dns and Mullvad.net/check page; and from time to time I get that the provider is Kaopu Cloud HK Limited. I am curious if this provider is “secure or private” even though they are headquartered in Hong Kong which in practice the Chinese regime has taken away all their independence they had from the Chinese communist party.

Extra: Another provider that appears to me is EdgeUno.

Edit: I just discovered the ping.nextdns.io page and instead of Kaopu Cloud HK Limited I get LightNode Limited although both are located in HongKong, I mean that the headquarters of both companies are in HongKong.
