Availability and latency of support team

Hello,

The response time of support team at NextDNS is very questionable. I had a billing issue which is about refund. Tried to mail billing@nextdns.io for help but no response so far. Im starting to doubt about their existance.

In addition, the regional price was increased without any notice. It increased 3 times in my case, and now im being ghosted by support team. Feel like be scammed.
