I learned that the service price increased with the newly issued invoice.
I applied for cancellation but did not receive a response regarding a refund.
I sent an email to email@example.com but there was no response.
I request a refund due to the unannounced increase.
Increasing prices without any notification is unethical.
Where is this price increase showing for you? The price on my invoice and the price listed on their site is the same for me as it has been for the last three years
