Adblock Warning Removal?
How about add to the Privacy section an Anti-Adblock specifically to remove obtrusive messages and warnings targeted to users who use an adblocker?

Alot of those anti ad-block messages are served by javascript code coming from the same host as the site and therefore cannot be blocked using DNS.
The list you reference is using mostly URL paths rather than host/domain names.
