Whitelisted URL is not loading, only receiving the not blocked anymore screen

Hi all, 

I have whitelisted this site in NextDNS, and the whitelist seems to be working, however, the site does not load.  We are only seeing the message that the site is not blocked anymore. We've tried flushing the DNS on the systems that are trying to access the site but no luck. Any ideas on how to solve this and get the whitelisted site to actually load?
