Identifying devices with DoH, where to add DoH server/ID on macOS

I set up DoH on my router and am unclear where on my Mac I need to insert the https://dns.nextdns.io/xxxxxx/device-name

in order to achieve logs and statistics by device. Does this go into the Mac's wifi settings somewhere? Any help is appreciated.

    How did you set up the DoH config on your router? Does your router support DoH natively or are you using the NextDNS client app?

      In the meantime I found that my router has a setting to switch DoH on and a field to insert the DNS server which I indicated as https://dns.nextdns.io/xxxxxx.

      I don't use the nextDNS client app but I have the nextDNS Configuration Profile installed on my Mac. Does this do the trick to use DoH?
