Add Native Alfis (Yggdrasil DNS) Support to NextDNS

Feature Request: Native Alfis (Yggdrasil DNS) Support

I would like to request native support for Alfis, a decentralized DNS system operating over the Yggdrasil network.

Motivation

Alfis provides decentralized name resolution within the Yggdrasil network. It would be useful to integrate this capability into NextDNS, allowing users to resolve Alfis names without having to operate a separate DNS resolver on their devices.

Proposed Implementation

I propose adding an optional Alfis integration with the following capabilities:

• Alfis name resolution: Resolve Alfis domains through the Alfis network.

• Selective DNS routing: Forward Alfis-related queries to an appropriate Alfis resolver while keeping ordinary DNS queries on NextDNS.

• Native integration: Make the feature available through NextDNS configuration, rather than requiring users to run a separate local DNS proxy.

• Optional configuration: Allow users to enable or disable Alfis resolution independently.

Benefits

• Easier access to decentralized services hosted on Yggdrasil.

• Less need for additional DNS software on client devices.

• A more seamless experience for users who use both the conventional Internet and decentralized networks.

I believe this would be a valuable addition for users interested in decentralized networking and alternative naming systems.
