Anyone else seeing issues with chat.openai?

G'day,
Anyone else seeing issues when using NextDNS and accessing chatGPT?

I can get the page working correctly if I move devices off NextDNS but the moment I use NextDNS again I see rendering issues, oddly.
 

Is there any way of contacting the team directly or do I hope that they reply here?
