Linux machine keeps switching between NextDNS profile and iD3.net.BV dns

Hello all!
I have this issue: When I open the website for my nextdns profile it keeps switching between:
"This device is using NextDNS with this profile." and:
"This device is currently using ”i3D.net B.V” as DNS resolver."

I use Arch (btw) and I did follow the setup guide for systemd-resolved which was the recommended
I use nm-applet also and I did:

# ln -sf ../run/systemd/resolve/stub-resolv.conf /mnt/etc/resolv.conf

As suggested in the Arch-wiki.

When I run in terminal: 'resolvectl dns', it shows that the global configuration is using my nextdns profile but wlan0 for some reason uses the home router's dns (which is quad9 idk why it says i3D.net B.V)

    I found a solution:
    In /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/dns.conf, add or change:

    [main]
dns=none
systemd-resolved=false

    Thanks to this reply on stack exchange
