New Account - Logs for Unknown Devices

I've just signed up a new account in the last 30 minutes and whilst configuring the first profile I noticed that there are logs showing for a device in another country. It's not one of mine as I've never used NextDNS before and I have never linked any of my devices to NextDNS.

Has anyone encountered this before or know how to remove the unknown device?
