Disconnection issues

Is it possible to have a solution or guide line of troubleshooting? I pay for a service choosing nextDNS for specific features like web filtering. So I have a DNS provider which lag and block traffic. Every day, more or less, I am expiriencing disconnection and DNS probe for a couple of minutes up to ten minutes. I tried to disable all Security configuration switch. No specific event logged which represents specific blocks. I have no idea why I am expiriencing these events...obviously I have implemented parental control configuration. I want to block specific matters like Gambling, porn and social media. But I can not esperienced specific block about social or Porn or Gambling related of these blocks. Great frustration...

    Gianmario, what disconnection you are talking about? Are you using a router? Loosing internet connection? Are you sure, this is a DNS problem? Try to clarify your situation. Use AI mode and describe step by step your observation. Maybe it is not a dns issue? Buona giornata ;)

    Daniel thanks to reply me. I did not reach your link. So I am talking about disconnection every two three days without reason. DNS Probe NX Domain not reachable. Lost connection with nextDNS servers for about five minutes. No possible to surf. No specific block domain onto the log or any other indication. It is very frustrating. Now I disabled every configuration on Security tab and Privacy to try as well this configuration. No way. Periodically zac! I lost connection towards DNS. Support from nextDNS team equal at zero.
