Can I discover why a specific site was blocked? (microsoft.design)

I've manually added an exemption in the Allow List for the domain "microsoft.design" - but is there any way to tell *which* option blocked it?

    By going to https://my.nextdns.io/ and then "logs" it is possible to see the domains which have been blocked. Hover over a blocked one and an ℹ icon appears. Hover over that and it will say which blocklist it is on.
