If all! available blocklists are loaded, will this have any effect on performance, will it slow down the system?

    There's no slowdown, but more lists mean more chance of false positives. Not all lists are maintained, start with one list that just works like AdGuard, Hagezi or OISD then expand from there *if* you think you need them (regional blocklist, specific needs etc)

       Seems fine to me.If your apps and sites work then no need to change it.
