Updated domain nameservers still resolving to old host when using NextDNS
I have one domain registered at GoDaddy. 16 hours ago I changed the registered nameservers to point to a new web host. However, when using NextDNS on any of my devices it continues to resolve to the old host.
- Using any device on my home network where my router is configured with NextDNS using DoH everything resolves to the OLD host
- Manually configuring a device to use Cloudflare DNS 1.1.1.1 it resolves to the new host
- Manually configuring a device to use Google DNS 8.8.8.8 it resolves to the new host
- Using Tmobile 5G and their DNS it resolves to the new host
- Using Tmobile 5G but manually turning on the NextDNS mobile app it resolves to the OLD host
About 12 hours ago I disabled NextDNS > Settings > Cache Boost in my account hoping it was simply DNS caching on the NextDNS end of things but that did not solve the issue. I realize a lot of nameserver changes may take up to 48 hours to propagate, but usually it's only a couple of hours max with any top-tier DNS provider.

This magically started working shortly after posting this thread. Pure coincidence?
