Why thousands of requests to test.nextdns.io server in Russia?

Hello, if I open my statistics I see thousands of requests per day to some NextDNS servers in Russia.
Also in the logs, these request happen every single minute.

The server is [randomstring].test.nextdns.io OR [randomstring-myNextDnsID].test.nextdns.io

I am currently connected to vultr-fra-1 server, my ISP is in Italy.
Why these connections in Russia are made? Of course I am concerned about privacy and safety.

    Well seeing "kaspersky" in that same list seems like a clue since they have ties to Russia.  Try disabling/removing your Kaspersky products and see if it stops.
