Kobo and ebook readers

Hi all,

NextDNS is great at blocking adult content on browsers, how do I get it to block other apps connected to the internet like KOBO and other ebook readers? At the moment, I'm blocking at the router level but it doesn't seem to stop adult content on KOBO.  Thanks a lot.
