Mullvad + NextDNS on MacOS

 Hi, 

I've been having a difficult time getting Mullvad and NextDNS working on MacOS. I've tried  clcking the "Use Custom DNS Server" option on Mullvad but the DNS always ends up not working even after putting in the two NextDNS DNS servers.
