Support for lancache.net rewrites

As somebody with a large household, I would like to use NextDNS to rewrite a list of domains and point them to an internal IP. This would be used to point them at an internal https://lancache.net instance.

These domains are currently maintained via a Git repository available here: https://github.com/uklans/cache-domains so it would be excellent if NextDNS could maintain an up to date list of this similar to how it does blocklists, and then offer this up as a toggle and input box for the user to provide an internal IP.

This option could live just below the Handshake toggle in the Settings tab, along with the existing Rewrites section.
