support for dual ISP with dynamic public IP

I recently got my 2nd internet to help with the data traffic in my home network. I am using Mikrotik Hex with dual wan setup.

Do you know if NextDNS support this kind of setup?  I am running out of options because the ads and blocked-websites keep on coming in. Do you think it's better if I just setup a local DNS ad blocker server instead with my current settings?

If you can do Dynamic DNS (DDNS) you can use two configurations to sync it or you can just use it on your devices built in options.

Hey thanks for the reply. i still have issues with DDNS as it is tied up to 1 public IP still at a time. my network is setup with dual wan with load balancing. So basically I am using 2 different public IPs. If the network traffic is sent to the "unlinked " public IP,  then nextDNS security is instantly disabled for that session.

Mark Celino R. Miranda Make an additional config, and link that to the other IP. That could solve it.

In my opinion using the built in options like Apple configuration and Private DNS is the best shot, it's consistent on Mobile and Broadband. You can use the windows app etc. I always use Private DNS for consistency over any network including public wifi etc.
