DIY apple configuration profile generator to block certain domain names

I realized that in apple configuration profile generator, there is no option to configure the domain you want them go though the DNS, but only found that an option to configure the domain you do not want them go though the DNS?

in  the page it says:

Excluded Domains
Enter a comma-separated list of domains that will bypass NextDNS and use
the network-provided DNS. The exclusion will also apply to all subdomains.

Now,I just want a little bit Domains went through nextdns. What should I do?

    Why I need this option? Because nextdns is very slow in China. I just want to block some certain domain. If I make the  full request  go into the NextDns , it will be very slow to do any internet surffing. But as ios14 has a profile to make the ultimate dns option, and I need to know how to make the black list not the white list.
