MAC address based schedulling

i would love to be able to completely turn off DNS resolution for a specified mac address for a specified time.

i have a scheduled kids wifi network at home but that force me to have 2 wifi networks ... one for parents and one for kids

turning off DNS resolution based on mac address and weekly schedule would be amazing
