New Features : On/Off Button, better way to debug one-off blocked content, cache refresh timing feedback

On/Off Button:  We need the ability to turn off ALL the features of NextDNS WITHOUT removing the DNS entries on our routers etc.  A main shutoff button would be helpful.

Debug: better way to debug one-off blocked content.  Something to turn on that will highlight URL sources or something to see what to whitelist.  This can be really tricky to diagnose without it.

Cache timer: We need cache refresh timing feedback.  When I make changes in the NextDNS UI, when do they take effect?  Immediately?  5 secs?  10 mins?  is there a way to flush and refresh changes immediately?  Again, some UI feedback on what is happening would be helpful.

individual thread for each of your idea would make more sense and also partly exists.

When you make changes they apply immediately, on NextDNS side. Your browser/OS have their own caching logic, and usually, unless you specifically trigger it by switching DNS provider/flushing the cache, they'll still honor the TTL. After all, there's no "hey flush your entire cache" message in DNS standard.
