NSABlocklist link is 404

Under the privacy/blocklist, the NSABlocklist links to an GitHub link (https://github.com/CHEF-KOCH/NSABlocklist) which doesn't exist anymore. I understand it being an option but linking to a non-existing link might confuse some people.

I suggest not showing any links or direct people to any fork of it (https://github.com/Cauchon/NSABlocklist-pi-hole-edition)

    This list will give you a lot of negative impact. i wouldnt use it unless you have a specific need.

    The list / the whole account was deleted because „Chef-Koch“ only steals code from other without respecting any copyrights. He never maintain anything itself
