Am I right and is there a solution?

I'm from Tunisia and the best server is from my country and it says Tunisia is in primary DNS but it is connected to the second DNS but in my browser Firefox i already connected with doh protocol and it works with Tunisia DNS is there any solution ?

Another thing that anexia-mil has a higher ping than anexia-pmo, it means secondary dns should be anexia-pmo.
