Network latency issue on iPhone and iPad

Been running NextDNS on my iPhone and iPad (running the latest version of iOS and the latest version of the NextDNS app). I get connected to servers from M247 Ltd Norway (tested on DNS Leak Test). Had been using iCloud Private Relay for Trackers and Websites but suddenly started having latency issues. So I switched to Trackers only. But latency issues still persist.

What I've tried: Went to NextDNS app settings and disabled "Use Ultra-Low Latency Network" and re-enabled it and that fixed the issue for 10-15 minutes. But NextDNS is using M247 again. Not seem to be having any such issue on my Mac where I am connected to Anexia, India.
