Testing with siege blocks dns resolutions

Hi. 

I am a developer and I use the nip.io service to have local domains. If I do stress tests those domains (with siege for example), I start getting resolution issues on any domain. I think that the nextdns system thinks I'm doing attacks and blocks me. Any tip to be able to work this way without nextdns blocking me?
