Do not make this mistake like me if you dont use nextdns service any more!
I have stop to use nextdns services some months now after 2 years with full subscription.
Nexdns have amazing dns services but without customer services.
Accidently i forgot to disable renew subscription and nextdns charge me for one more year. I have sent email to billing and support for refund but never answer me.

My subscription was auto-renewed, and I could never find the option to cancel it. Now I'm charged for another year, and I wasn't notified in advance, either. I haven't used this service for months. It would be nice if there were Customer Service that could help. NextDNS is good, but I haven't seen a lot of improvement. I'm let down.

If you're wanting responsive customer service, I would suggest DNSFilter if you are willing to pay that much for it.
Otherwise, NextDNS only has email customer service for its enterprise customers. The rest of us have to use the community. They will sometimes answer emails for regular users, but it's not part of the plan.
