Windows app crashes everytime I open it

Hey so, for some reason if I try to open the NextDNS app for Windows 10, it just opens and after 1 second it just closes immediately. Already tried to uninstall and install, restart the PC, etc but none of these worked. Someone have suggestions of how to fix this?
