High latency issue in Taiwan

I have been using the Hinet network (AS3462) to connect to the node 37.252.243.39 and have encountered high latency issues. However, when connected to another Taiwan node 103.246.218.132, the latency is not high. I understand that this issue is due to Hinet not being connected to TPIX. In light of this, I would like to suggest that Hinet's IP addresses be resolved to 103.246.218.132 to solve the latency issue.
