Whitelist by device/IP

I would love the ability to create a whitelist (or blacklist) entry that is only applicable to certain IP addresses in my network. For example, I would love to have different rules for my AppleTVs than my computer.  I realize I could do this by either using other DNS hosts for those machines (perhaps running another instance of next dns in my network), but then my logs would be split across different profiles.
