website does not work in ios 9, 10, 11 or 12

I logged into my.nextdns.io on my ipad and once you login none of the settings for any tabs rendered. Here is what I tried.

Safari, default settings

Puffin and Chrome, default settings

iphone 5s, ipad 4, ipad mini 2, ipad mini 4, ipad air 1

on ios 9,10, 9.3.5, 12.x something and 15x something respectively

I also tried firefox much to the same effect, unfortunately I cannot try the app because you people discriminate against thousands of still operable devices with a new arbirtrary ios 10.x version requirement instead of sanely allowing people to go with older versions, so I cannot test that.
