Unsubscribe Domains Blocked Despite Allow List Exception

I have noticed that when I try to follow unsubscribe links for legitimate businesses, the pages are coming back blank, making me think their content is being blocked by NextDNS. For example, the domain https://manage.kmail-lists.com appears to be used by various websites for managing mailing lists. I've added the domains *manage.kmail-lists.com and *kmail-lists.com to the allowed list, but I still can't seem to get to the page where I can actually unsubscribe. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong...
