Add more Easylist country filters

The following language / country specific Easylist filters seem to be absent in NextDNS blocklists: 

 Lithuana, Polish, Portugese,Spanish, Indian, Korean,French, Roman

They're updated regularly by Easylist community. They can be found here.

I'm from India, so expecting them to work on Indian language adverts and trackers. The ones from above language/country seem to miss them out too. If NextDNS team add these, would be much appreciated.
