Extending pro-yearly membership does not work

Please help. I have submitted payment to extend my expired pro-yearly membership with a CC and it accepted it and said payment would be applied with today's date. I went back a few hours later and it shows the old expired date and like I never submitted payment. I have sent several e-mails to billing@nextdns.io several times prior to this and today and have had no response. What must I do to upgrade the account? Thank-you.
