block all domains quickly?

I was looking to block all websites except for Youtubekids for my kids, on their Kindle Fires by controlling their DNS settings. Is the best way to do this just add all the TLDs at 'Block Top-Level Domains (TLDs)' under the security settings? This is quite tedious as there seem to be hundreds - is there a way to automate or add them all?

    I did them all manually.  It’s tedious.   I asked many years ago for this feature but it hasn’t been implemented
