Links for managing web hosting account not resolving or accessible

Greetings,

Throwing this out to see if anyone has any experience and/or ideas on this.

I've had my own domain for while and use HostPapa as the host. I recently logged in to make some spam filter updates and can access/login to my main account settings page fine. But, when trying to access some of the account management links (cPanel specifically, but other links as well), I get a dns error (dns probe msg I believe). Trying to resolve the name via nslookup comes up empty and I don't see the query come up in the logs view either. The problem links link to the tld of *.servername.online.

I switched the workstation I'm using over to using quad 8's and the domain resolves and am able to get to where I need to go. But, I'd like to not have to do that every time I need to get in there to make a change.

It seems like this has not been a problem in the past. But, I don't get in and make changes often, so I don't know exactly when this problem would have come up.

Not sure where to start with this as it doesn't seem to be a simple white/black list issue. Its not that the site is blocked, it's just not indexed nor being found via recursion.
