That sounds like a pretty niche case. Did you have a linked IPv4 address with NextDNS, and maybe your router's WAN IPv4 address changed? Because I'm pretty sure that PS5 doesn't support DNS over HTTPS or DNS over TLS... so it's highly likely that's the cause. Look at the "Linked IP" section of your NextDNS setup page and update that if needed.

If your router supports a custom Dynamic DNS (DDNS) service, you might also want to try and use the URL under the advanced options there to automatically update NextDNS when your router's WAN address changes.
