Billed Twice This Month
I have been billed twice this month. I’ve posted here as I’m not sure where to raise a request from within my.nextdns.io. Please help me to resolve this.

I had the same issue this month and got it resolved by mailing billing@nextdns.io (and then sending them a DM a few days later because I got no response).
Heads up: they refunded the second payment, but that (automatically?) disabled all Pro functionality. I had to contact them again, after which the first payment also got refunded and I could start a new subscription.
