NextDns does not allow you to update apps from the Play Store

Hi everyone. I've noticed since yesterday that having NextDns Manager active, the app that allows me to manage NextDns even if configured on the Android system in a careful way, does not allow me to update apps from the Play Store. Only by leaving the phone operator dns I can update apps from the Play Store. It always worked fine before. Do you have any suggestions ? Thank you.
