NextDNS not working without profile

I'm on a paid plan, NextDNS stopped working a few days ago on my router (I had it configured as the default DNS). Changed it to Cloudflare to get the home network working.

Started digging in today, still not working. Tried downloading a profile on my mac and that works. But using the IPv4 DNS servers doesn't. The IP it's linking to is correct.
